Return outside opening hours: Please place the keys in the appropriate key return box.
Returning during opening hours and if a Europcar representative is present: The rental station representative must check the vehicle with you before you leave. (If you do not wish to wait for the checks to be completed, in this case the inspection will be carried out in your absence and you will then be contacted by our head office to inform you of any further damage found).
You must return the vehicle, its keys, accessories or documents in the same condition as when you checked in. An administrative charge is applied to cover the resources used in managing a claim.
