Europcar provides its customers with full emergency roadside assistance 24 hours a day in Belgium.
In the event of a breakdown or accident, you will receive assistance very quickly.
In the event of an accident, you should always remember to fill in an accident declaration form, which will include a detailed report of the circumstances in which it occurred.
Always make sure you draw up an amicable report with the other person involved (you will find one in the file containing the vehicle documents).
If you fail to do so, you could be held liable for the cost of repairing the damage caused to the rental vehicle.

The price of the main common parts is available from most major European agencies. Minor damage can also be paid for immediately on return.
